John Edward Murphy Mulligan II
Fondly called as “Mulligan” by all the people that knew him, he was born last February 1, 1945 in New Jersey, USA. He worked for UNHCR. Mulligan and his wife Rita Macachor moved to Lucban, Quezon, Philippines way back in 1984 and owned a big farm. Together they had 4 children, John Edward, James Daniel, Patrick Michael and Emiliana Esah. Mulligan just passed away at 79 years old last Sept. 3, 2022.
